About Me

FourFeathers.jpg

My path into this work has been shaped by the experiences life has given me as a mother, wife, and working woman, a single mom—and a deep calling to support others through transformation.

I guide women back to balance, clarity, and inner alignment—creating space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move through life with greater awareness and trust.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply personal. I don't believe in "fixing" people—I believe in holding space for you to remember your own strength, your voice, and your truth. I integrate my knowledge of coaching tools and resources, aromatherapy, and the elements to use as appropriate to help you move forward towards your goals.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, feeling disconnected, or seeking a deeper sense of peace and direction, my work is here to support you in coming back home to yourself.

My Practice & Values

I am a wife, a seasoned mother of five, a newly initiated grandmother (MiMi), a certified birth doula, and am currently enrolled in Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in the Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner program. I am on the road to graduate in December of 2026. I have a certification as a Meditation Facilitator and will be certified as a Celebrant Officiant by the time I graduate.

Flying Hawk.jpg

There was a time in my life when I began to notice hawks—again and again. Not just once, but repeatedly, in moments when I was seeking clarity, direction, and deeper understanding.

Two hawks, circling overhead...

A quiet presence on the drive home...

While casually walking outside at work...

Appearing at just the right moment, as if reminding me to pause, look up, and trust what I was feeling.

Over time, I realized these encounters weren't random and I remembered the Native American symbolism my aunt taught me about hawks as animal spirit guides. They became a symbol of awareness, perspective, inner knowing, and freedom.

The hawk carries the energy of vision—of seeing clearly from above while remaining grounded in the present moment. It represents intuition, guidance, and the courage to trust what you see and feel, even when the path isn't fully revealed. They represent freedom and lightness.

This is the energy I bring into my work.

Just like the hawk, I help you rise above the noise, reconnect with your inner voice, and gain a clearer perspective on your life. Together, we create space for you to feel grounded, aligned, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

The two hawks in my logo are not just a design—they are a reflection of guidance, connection, and the journey of learning to trust yourself fully.

Freedom isn't a destination.jpg

My mission is to support women in reconnecting with themselves—whether it's through daily life, major life transitions, preparing for childbirth, career moves, or healing from old wounds—to move through life with clarity, grounded presence, and a deep trust in their own inner voice.

I am committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life's transitions with awareness, strength, and authenticity.
